2. Your enquiry goes to a single local installer
We're a referral service, not a roof cleaning company. Your enquiry is passed to one local installer who covers your postcode — we don't put you in a queue for multiple companies to compete over, and we don't pass your details on beyond that one introduction.
3. The installer contacts you directly
The installer gets in touch to talk through the job, arrange a look at the roof if needed, and give you a written quote. From this point on, any conversation, quote, deposit or work is between you and them — we're not involved in the job itself.
4. You decide — there's no obligation
You're free to say no, ask for more information, or get a second opinion before agreeing to anything. Before any work goes ahead, ask the installer about their experience and what method they'll use, and check their insurance and qualifications yourself — we don't vet the installers we introduce you to, so this check is on you.
